For low- and moderate-income households, and multi-family buildings with >50% low/moderate-imcome residents, rebate grants will be $1000’s each, for #electrify appliances and equipment, like:
- Efficient heat pump HVAC (central ducted or mini-split)
- Heat-pump hot water heaters
- Induction ranges
- EV charging
- Heat-pump clothes dryers.
You can even get up to $4,000 to upgrade your main breaker panel or $2,000 to rewire your roof cavity safe for insulation, if the electric work enables the efficient appliance or weatherization.
